What we collect
- Details you send in a wholesale enquiry or container order: name, company, email, phone, destination market, products and quantities, and your message.
- Anonymous website statistics: pages viewed, device type, country and language, linked to a random browser ID. No advertising cookies, no names, no IP addresses stored, no session recording.
- For security, a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address kept for one day to stop spam and attacks.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and orders, keep the website secure, and understand which pages and products are useful.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this website for us, under confidentiality: website hosting and security (Vercel, Cloudflare; USA), the database (Neon; Singapore) and email delivery. Some store data outside Australia. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and orders: as business records, up to 7 years (tax law), or less if you ask us to delete them and we don't need them.
- Anonymous website statistics: 2 years, then deleted automatically.
- Hashed IP addresses used against spam: 1 day.
Cookies
We don't use cookies for visitors. See our Cookies page for the small amount of browser storage we use.
Marketing
This website doesn't sign you up for marketing. We only send marketing messages if you agree separately, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, which we honour within 5 working days (Spam Act 2003).
Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, protected admin access, rate limits and spam traps. Access to enquiry details is limited to authorised staff.
Your rights
